We are joining with our sister council and near neighbors @northsantiam to remind you that Red Flag Warnings mean it's time to use caution in how you care for yourself, your neighbors and your watershed. Stay hydrated, stay cool, and check on each other. Have a great weekend!
Who's got six thumbs and loves the Santiams??? Here's a hint: it's us!!!It was an amazing day for a quick tour and a fun photo: Brandin (on the left) and Shannon (on the right) are the Executive Directors of the North and South Santiam Watershed Councils, respectively. Marie, in the middle, works in BOTH basins with BOTH councils as the shared Wildfire Adapted Communities Specialist. Together, we help provide coordinated services that span the entire Santiam basin. And that makes for some pretty good days. #northsantiam #southsantiam
