SSWC Science Pub June 20 – How busy are beavers in Oregon?

Have you ever wondered “How busy are beavers in Oregon?”

Join us Thursday evening June 20 from 6:30 to 7:30 at Barsideous Brewing in Lebanon to find out!  The event is free and open to the public.

We are pleased OSU senior faculty researcher Vanessa Petro will be answering this question and more!  Vanessa is one of the foremost experts on North American beaver, Castor canadensis, and has done many studies on this fascinating animal in recent years.  Enjoy a beverage and a bite while learning something new about Oregon’s state animal.

See the flyer below for more info.
